Unlikely: Head banging is common in children and many receive hits to the head and do not have visual problems. If the hit is really hard, perhaps enough to cause fracture, loss of consciousness or bleeding, then the occipital lobe might be affected which could affect the vision. This is accidental and should not be tried at home.L.
