Surgery: There are several options and ultimately it will depend on how severe your gynecomastia is. Liposuction is useful for minor forms. More moderate ones actually have to have the breast tissue removed (usually through a small incision under the nipple) and severe ones will need a breast reduction with removal of the excess skin.
