It depends: Gynecomastia surgical treatment depends on the degree of the problem and other health risks associated. The cost can vary depending on the actual procedure needed and the type of anesthesia required, from around $3500 to $7500 in our area.

Gynecomastia: Frequently gynecomastia today is caused by anabolic steroid use. There are also some "prohormone" supplements that can cause male breast development. Both of these products should be avoided. If your problem is primarily fat accumulation then liposuction alone can be curative. That should cost significantly less than you are suggesting.
