Night guard plus?: At the very least, see your dentist and have a night guard fabricated to prevent further wear. Also have you tmjoints evaluated as excessive wear of teeth often has an effect on your jaw joints. Finally see whether or not some or all of your teeth need restoring of worn enamel.

See your Dentist. An Occlusal Orthotic, what some people call a mouth guard, will protect your teeth from further damage. If wear is significant, you may require full mouth reconstruction to replace the worn-away enamel. If so, services of a specialist Prosthodontist is recommended.
