Can you die from basilar artery migraine?

Generally unlikely: Basilar migraine is a rare type of migraine headache that causes symptoms in parts of the brain supplied by the basilar artery. The symptoms can include vertigo, double vision, loss of vision, imbalance, numbness, difficulty speaking, tinnitus (ringing in ears), hearing loss, lack of coordination and loss of consciousness. There are meds both to treat the pain and to try to prevent attacks.
