Testicular pain: Causes or recurrent low-grade to moderate pain in the testicle include certain infections (epididymitis), small kidney stones, or congestion of the veins. Infections and stones, however, usually present with more severe pain, so that you would want to see an md. Another cause of recurrent testicular pain is idiopathic orchalgia (pain of unknown cause in testicle), which is annoying but not harmful.
