Miscarriage: The bleeding you describe is mostly likely your pregnancy/miscarriage bleeding. Even though the pregnancy was in the tube, there can be tissue from the uterus that comes out as bleeding as well. It's normal to have bleeding on and off after Methotrexate for ectopic. Most important is to get your blood tests to make sure hormone level is going down. No sex. Avoid folic acid.
