If you're referring to an ectopic pregnancy, a pelvic examination may reveal abnormalities in and around the fallopian tubes or ovaries. , but blood tests and transvaginal ultrasound are needed to make the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.

Ectopic bleeding usually occurs inside a woman’s ovarian tubes or abdomen sometime there can be spotting blood. Most times there’s abdominal pain with ectopic, bleeding or pregnancy. A normal menstrual cycle is not the symptom of ectopic bleeding. If you’re having any symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
