Breakthrough: bleeding: please see your GYN for a thorough pelvic exam and mediciation to control your cycle. If you have been having unprotected sexual intercourse, get a pregnancy test or do a home pregnancy test.

Bleeding again: Menstrual irregularity can happen due to hormonal imbalance. always rule out pregnancy . if associated with pain an ultrasound will help in diagnosis.
