A member asked:

I am a 28 year old black female, 5'10, 322lbs and found out that my blood pressure is some what high. what can i do to lower it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The obvious: The most obvious answer is to lose weight - i'm sure that's very difficult. You are young enough to be a good candidate for weight reduction surgery such as gastric banding or bypass. Speak with your doctor. Do you have diabetes? Losing weight will help both.
