Skin & the Internet: Unfortunately this is the type of question that is impossible to answer online. Without a specific description and observation there is not any way to give you treatment. Pimples usually have pus. Warts do not usually grow rapidly, turn red or have pus. Skin problems need to be seen to get the right treatment ordered.
