Urine is sterile: I think it is a common feeling to worry about public toilets. But, just to reassure you urine is not infectious or infected. It is usually sterile and thus does not carry or transmit disease. Many people get to the place where they bring cleaning wipes for using these bathrooms or use the supplied toilet seat covers.
