Pregnancy: A miscarriage after a tubal ligation is a possible indication that one end of the fallopian tube is not scarred closed. Whether you would be able to proceed with a normal pregnancy is unknown. There is a radiologic procedure known as a hysterosalpingogram that would allow a better evaluation of the remaining tubal structure.
