CT: You should discuss this with the doctors most familiar with all of your data. In absence of more data a 'narrow' 4th ventricle statement doesn't mean a lot.

4th ventricle: An isolated narrowed 4th ventricle is a radiological finding and does not sound like it is of clinical significance in your case.
