I have little purplish dots all over my thighs and down to my knees that make my leg feel stubbly. what could they be and how could i fix it?

Skin rash: There are multiple possibilities here. If they aren't itching a lot and are merely unsightly, check to see if they are often where a hair is trying to come out of the skin. Bumps like these are called keratosis pilaris (kp). If so, this can be treated with products that help the skin shed and stay moisturized. Talk to your doc about salex and retin a (tretinoin).
