Uhoh....: cannot say in your particular case without examining but, in the textbooks, driving for prolonged periods is the classic cause of blood clots forming in the legs that give changes in circulation/pain/swelling AND CAN EASILY BREAK OFF, GO TO THE HEART AND LUNGS AND BE FATAL. THEREFORE THIS IS A REASON TO IMMEDIATELY GO TO THE HOSPITAL as a general textbook situation.
