See below: These may be 3 separate issues, but i recommend you schedule an appointment with your doctor to address as your syndrome can be associated with systemic illnesses.

Unlikely: I actually wrote a paper about sweet's syndrome and was the first to examine the arthritic issues that can be associated with this disorder. The swallowing problem would not be associated with sweet's and it is unlikely the shoulder pain is as well.
