Work closely with Dr: If you have spinal involvement from your psa you may require physical therapy and additional medication to control the symptoms. If Humira (adalimumab) alone is not effective the addition of Methotrexate may help control the disease. If you are already taking Methotrexate you may need to change to a different injectable medication. Remember these medications may take 3 months to reach peak effect.
