Headache around eye: The most likely diagnosis (most common to least): common headache (due to dehydration, stress, etc), migraine, eye inflammation (if light sensitive) if pain with eye movement, you see your eyemd as soon as possible. If you have a rare, trace discomfort between your eyes on your forehead, it could be due to straining your eyes or asthenopia, muscle straining; if it persists, also see your eyemd.
