Just found out that i am pregnant with my second child. at how many weeks should i make an appointment with my ob?

6-8 weeks: Somewhere around 6-8 weeks is a good time to establish intrauterine pregnancy, confirm fetal heart beat and measure crown rump length to determine your gestational age and due date. Make sure to take a prenatal vitamin before then with folic acid. Congratulations!
