? Anti ApoH : Ido you mean anti apoh antibodies? As you know, in sle, antibodies, which are supposed to attack germs, instead attack your own bodies. Sometimes the antibodies can attach to proteins that control clotting, making it more likely for your body to make clots. Being sob is a sign of a blood clot in the lung, so your dr. Has ordered the v/q scan to make sure there are no clots in your lung.
