Urologist: Presumably you have a stone in your renal pelvis or ureter which will not spontaneously pass. Hopefully this has been diagnosed and the doctor who did this can recommend a urologist with access to the equipment for the lithotripsy.

Urologist: This surgery to remove a kidney or ureteral stone is done by urologists and you should look one up quickly if you have a stone. The equipment is usually owned by hospitals but the controls are in the hands of the urologist.
