Difficult: The problem with being overweight is that your fat cells secrete a hormone that your body confuses with estrogen. Your estrogen and Progesterone ratios determine when you menstrate and this determines your fertility. With the extra "estrogen" floating around your menses gets irregular, and your fertility. So it's not impossible to get pregnant but more difficult than for some. Metformin may help.
