Petite lady: Unfortunately at this point there may not be much to do. The peak growth velocity usually occurs around the same time the period starts. Her pediatrician can tell by examining her whether she is done growing by checking her tanner stage. If she is at tanner 5, she's done growing vertically.

Nothing much she can: She still has a potential to grow 2 1/2 to 3 inches further.

May be done growing: Growth in height is usually finished about 2-2.5 years following the onset of periods. A pediatrician or pediatric endocrinologist may be able to determine if there might be issues which affected growth potential.
