No: It cannot cause a peripheral neuropathy but it can cause irritation or injury to a spinal nerve and neurologic symptoms.

Nerve block neuropat: It is possible that a neck nerve block could cause neuropathy. However, don't assume this to be the case. Please get this properly evaluated, examined and worked- up by a neurologist.
