Yes..: You can call a dentist in your community for an appointment. From your description, it sounds like you've inflamed gums at a minimum, but also a possible infection. Please call asap before this becomes an emergency. If your question was what you can do at home, then take otc pain meds until you get to that appointment. You cannot treat dental problems like this yourself.

Evaluation\treatment: See a local dentist in order to determine why you are experiencing pain, swelling and sensitivity. The cause of your symptoms will determine how best to treat it in order to make you more comfortable. You want to find the cause and not just cover it up with some pain medication.
