Healing: Everyone heals at differnet rates but that is a very long time. Suggest you go back to surgeon and be sure there is not underlying infection or pathology.

Biopsy result?: What was the result of the biopsy? If it was a benign lesion, leave it alone, unless there is bleeding, change in colour or increase in the size of the lesion.

May not completely: The legs are one of the worst areas for healing. Do not expect to get perfect smooth skin at the biopsy site. Any time you cut or break the skin, a mark will almost always be left. That being said, after 3 months, i don't know how much more healing you will get. It can take up to a year to see the full healing. The color can be treated with lasers but the indenting may be permanent.
