Been taking 4 aleve (naproxen) a day for many many years. what is a good titration schedule to go off of it, to help avoid rebound headaches?

See details: You do not need to taper but if you want, just reduce the daily aleve (naproxen) dose by one tablet each week. In order words, take 3 tabs daily for 1 week, then 2 tabs daily for the next week, etc.
