I have a 9 month old baby, who never sleeps, always sweating and extremely anxious and not hitting milestones. ?

Needs assessment: Your baby may have a metabolic issue that, if not addressed, may cause more problems. I recommend pediatrics/ possible ped neurology eval as soon as possible.

Talk to pediatrician: While all of the symptoms you listed are important, the most concerning is your child's failure to meet milestones. Depending on the degree of delays and severity of symptoms, these issues could be normal variance or an indication of a more significant problem (eg autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders). Please address your concerns to your pediatrician who can provide more information.

Danger: Does a pediatrician agree with above ? If yes normally he has to work this up or fix it if no why don't you get a second opinion. The findings you mention are not normal but there should be some objective findings support them as well.
