Talk to pediatrician: While all of the symptoms you listed are important, the most concerning is your child's failure to meet milestones. Depending on the degree of delays and severity of symptoms, these issues could be normal variance or an indication of a more significant problem (eg autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders). Please address your concerns to your pediatrician who can provide more information.

Danger: Does a pediatrician agree with above ? If yes normally he has to work this up or fix it if no why don't you get a second opinion. The findings you mention are not normal but there should be some objective findings support them as well.
