Hard to tell: There are several different things that can cause rashes on children. Check with your doctor if the rash is persistent, she has a fever or other symptoms or seems to feel sick.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes. Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
