i keep getting sebaceous and pilar cysts on my head! i'm a picker and have removed several myself, also a nurse. how can i prevent them?

Unfortunately none: The tendency to make cysts is thought to be genetic. There is no way of preventing them from forming. If they are bothersome, they are easily enough removed, particularly when small. Please see your dermatologist.

Post op pain: most likely a normal part of the healing process. If not improved with over the countret advilor aleve- call the doctor who performed the surgery.
