See your doctor: He may have an allergy. It could be something in the laundry detergent or bath soap, a perfume on a care giver, or an irritant in the air. Check with your child's doctor. If you can't pin it down, start eliminating possible causes- use a fragrance free detergent on his clothes, as well as on your clothes (since he is in contact with you a lot), avoid other scented products, etc.
