Therapeutic effect: is the issue. Xarelto inhibits clot formation & is Rx'ed because of evidence/concern of forming clots inside blood vessels, not just at blood vessel breaks, thus any bleeding problems are ↑ed. Xarelto does NOT thin blood; blood viscosity does not change. Can efficacy of Xarelto to ↓ clotting be checked?
