Sticky blood: Some people have sticky blood, aka hypercoagulopathy and tend to make blood clots, can be lethal. Dvt is a blood clot, not lethal this time, your body will dissolve it with residual scar and vein damage. Doc is doing the correct thing, order blood tests for coagulation disorder before deciding if it is safe to come off ac tx, aka avoid 2nd clot which could be fatal. Know your risk. Be well.
