Swollen with Pus?: Herpes does not usually swell and it definitely does not have pus. This sounds like an infection. And with the staph epidemic i would recommend you getting in to be seen urgently. There is a secondary skin infection that is also common known as impetigo. Please get seen today or tomorrow.
