Sex: There are products for men with erectile dysfunction. Get evaluated by a urologist to find out why you are unable to sustain an erection. Your wife's vaginal outlet sounds abnormal and she should be examined by a gynecologist. Usually the vaginal orifice is quite distendable if she is adequately stimulated and lubricated.
