Many treatments.: I assume you already use metronidazole. Additional treatments include topical azelaic acid, sulfacetamide/sulfur, Adapalene and tretinoin. If these are not effective, oral antibiotics may be considered. Laser and Isotretinoin are further down the road.

Go see a doctor: Go see a primary care doctor or dermatologist. There are several prescription medications now that are available to help rosacea - don't give up - many people find one or a mix of 2+ that works for them. Good luck.
