A member asked:

I smell chicken and it smells nice. although i do not crave it at all, is this normal for someone who has been a vegetarian for almost 10 years?

Surely: Humans are dialed in to eat meat, and who doesn't like a good piece of chicken.Your incisors are made for tearing meat so we are definitely built to be omnivorous. If you choose to be vegetarian for health or moral reasons, good on you - but the smell of cooking meat can still be pleasant. Good luck.
