NO: I assume that you had wilms tumor when you were 2 year old. Other type of kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma) does not occur in a 2 year old. Wilms tumor rarely recurs after two years of observation, and thus i think your risk of recurrence is extremely small. However you may have received radiation if you have high stage (stage 3 & 4). Radiation may give late side effects. Need regular check-up.
