See an orthopaedist: Adults do not usually do better with reduction of the injury you describe. It might heal, but you would probably lose function (muscle strength, mobility to position your hand). See an orthopaedic surgeon that cares for upper extremity (arm) trauma.

In an adult : These fractures are typically treated operatively with internal fixation . It may heal eventually without surgery but shortening of angulation and rotation can impact function negatively.
