how to prevent infants from having constipation?

Constipation w infan: Infants like adults sometimes need help to go but if they feed regularly and drink extra water the incidence should be monomial so if you are worried just give your infant 4 oz of nursery water a day in addition to milk.

Doubtful: High fiber diet and plenty of fluids ( 80-100 ounces per day) avoiding caffeinated and alcoholic fluids, along with exercise can prevent constipation.
