Rx nasal sprays: Seasonal allergies are notorious for causing post nasal drip (pnd)and nasal congestion, especially at night when you lie down too (increases the pnd). Rx nasal sprays work very well taken once daily in each nostril (flonase/nasonex/dymista/rhinocort/veramyst are examples) good luck.
