Keep a watch....: No jaundice or tea colored urine? If not, and if only a one time event, i wouldn't be too concerned, possibly related to diet. Bile is responsible for the dark pigment in your stool, so clay stool indicates the absence of bile in that bm. This may be related to passage of gallstones, biliary, liver or pancreatic disease, and should be checked if continues.
