See specialist: All the physical examination findings that you are mentioning are concerning. Most concerning for me, depending on the severity of the stenosis, would be that if something happens (a bad fall for example) it could place you at risk for much more serious problems. This is something that you need to discuss with a good spine specialist and a surgeon (find one that does lots of spine procedures).
