Have you ever had patients on accutane that had amazing results but with a really low dose.

Yes: Like most medications your genetic makeup has something to do with how well medications work. Another patient would need a higher dose to get the same results. Of course the severity sometimes affects this and also diet and if medication is taken with food or without food.
