why am i not losing weight as i continue to exercise, i don't gain i don't lose it just stays the same?

Exercise: It may be your exercise choices and your diet/hydration. Keep a running count of your diet and calories and continue to boost your exercise routine. Don't increase the time of exercise but the intensity of it (using weights, etc). Hope this helps and good luck!
