Decongestant : Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an infectious sinusitis, especially if you have a fever. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.
