Very unlikely: The virus does not survive well under these conditions, and even swallowing semen (in the big studies i've seen) is very unlikely to transmit the disease -- not that it is a good idea. You won't find a study to prove the safety of eating contaminated food since this rarely happens in real life. Any doubts, ask your physician about a pcr assay.
