Hernia info: Hernias are literally opening that don't belong there that something is able to push through. It's possible you have an inguinal (groin), an umbilical (belly button), a ventral (either midline or off to the side below the level of the umbilicus), or an incisional (in a surgical scar) hernia. Pregnancy increases the pressure inside the abdomen & can make it worse. See your surgeon for evaluation.
