Yes: Looking at additional information you entered chances are that you might have extra fluid in your circulatory system. This is reflected by pulsation on your neck predominantly on r side. Whether this sx need to be trated is subject of evaluation and clinical judjement by your primary doctor and/or cardiologist. Please go to them and address your concerns.
